Hey, you. Yes, YOU.
Do you know what you should do today?
No?
Well, I'll let you in on a secret.

This comes from a series done in 1995 called The Thin Blue Line, starring Rowan Atkinson, in which his character makes his feelings on Sherlock Holmes slash known. I saw this as I was watching the episode for the first time today, and I felt like I REALLY had to share this video.
Ooooooooh, holy freaking deity! I just got my Sherlock plotbunny that seems vaguely realistic. I'm debating on whether to keep it or banish it, but dialogue is running through my head and I don't think I can remember it all and WHY DON'T I OWN A TAPE RECORDER?????

Ooooooooook, LJ. It's been a long time since I've used the community search feature to look for new communities to join. What the hell is wrong with it?
Either I'm doing something wrong, or Livejournal is severely filtering search results. Apparently, no results were returned for people or communities interested in "slash fanfiction." It just simply can not be the case that no communities exist for that search. I should know; I'm already a member of quite a few of them.
*eye twitch*
How do people actually go about finding communities these days??
Never give up on a dream just because of the length of time it will take to achieve it. The time will pass anyway.
God, I want a Bass Clarinet again sooooooooooo badly.
I've discovered some great music from people on my flist, and I'd love to both share some of mine and discover more. Upload (to anywhere - there are lots of places to use for this, like e.g. SendSpace) a song you love, particularly if it's something you've discovered recently, and link to it from a post in your own journal. If you want to, explain why you chose what you did. Then save all the songs posted on your f-list and make yourself an LJ Friends playlist/CD/whatever.
Go go go!

Wow,
Upon going back and rewatching the 1999 version of Anna and the King (which I used to watch all the time and absolutely loved), in the very first scene I was struck by a strange sense of deja vu when hearing the voice of Anna's son, Louis. It sounded just like Draco Malfoy. Sure enough, upon IMBDing it, he did in fact play the role as a child. Hmmm, I never ever would have thought he'd have played in something else that I'd watched that many times.
Anyway.... wow. People have lives. And apparently, I don't.
EDIT: And please Tom, when you dye the hair that light of a blonde color for the movies, DYE YOUR DARK BROWN EYEBROWS TO MATCH, kthxbai
